How we start in a community without disrupting it.
Whether you have a provider today or none, we follow the same sequence. Most communities go from signed agreement to first day of care in about 60 days.
- Before we start
Your letter goes first
Residents and families hear the news from you, on your letterhead. We draft the letter and the mailing for your approval, and we agree the dates with you before anything is announced.
- Two weeks out
Enrollment days
We spend two or three full days in the building, morning to evening. Any resident or family member can sit down with us one-on-one, ask questions and choose services.
- Two weeks out
Familiar faces
Where another provider is leaving, we offer positions to its caregivers, so residents keep the people they know.
- First day
Leadership on-site
A member of our corporate team is in your building every day for the first week, then five days a week through the second and third weeks.
- Day 30
We ask everyone
We survey every resident and family we serve and review the results with you.
What we need from you
- A small office we can lease at fair-market rent.
- Your approval of the resident letter and the dates.
- A regular meeting between your executive director and our site supervisor.
Tell us about your community.
We will call you within one business day. Your first conversation is with our owner, Chris Warburton.
