What an operator gets
We have worked on-site inside Michigan independent living communities since 2009. Our longest partnerships have run ten years. We are locally owned, and the person who signs the agreement is the person you call.
A lease, not a cost
We lease a small office in each community at fair-market rent. Residents contract with us and pay us directly.
Our employees, our insurance
Every caregiver is our employee. We carry general liability, professional liability and workers' compensation coverage and name each community as additional insured.
A supervisor in every building
Your executive director has one point of contact on site and a regular meeting schedule with us.
A visit record you can see
Our Confirmed Care system records each visit at the resident's door and alerts our supervisor when a scheduled task is missed.
A planned start
Residents hear the news from you first. We hold enrollment days, offer jobs to any outgoing provider's caregivers, and keep our leadership in the building through the first weeks.
Free choice preserved
Residents may always choose another provider, or none. We ask for nothing that limits that.
