Genesee County is a new area for us, and we are looking for our first partner community here. That community gets a dedicated site supervisor and a team hired locally for it.
Many Genesee County communities already let outside providers serve residents. We offer one accountable team in the building, with every visit recorded at the resident's door.
We lease a small office in your community and staff it with our own caregivers and a site supervisor. Residents choose short visits or monthly care packages and pay us directly. Your community is never billed, and every resident keeps free choice of provider.
